Wedding FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Most of the time questions you may have will be answered during our consultations, but in case we didn’t get round to them or just forgot to cover it the following is a list of questions that you may want answers to. If there is anything else you would like to know just email or call for a chat.

Do you include the wedding day image files with your packages?

Yes, all your images will be available to download from your password protected web gallery. You get permission / a licenseĀ  for personal use (non-commercial). Copyright always stays with the studio.

We only want a few hours coverage, have you an option for that?

Yes and no really. For weddings on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday I only offer the full coverage or up to reception. If your wedding is only a couple of months or so away and I’m available call me and I may be able to do something if I’m available. During Monday to Thursday I do offer elopement weddings and shorter coverage.

How do we book you, and can you hold a date for us?

You just need to fill out a booking form and send it to me and pay the booking fee to secure the date. Sorry, but I’m not able to hold a date without the booking fee; my services are offered on a first come first served basis and once the date is secured I will be turning away other enquiries for that particular date.

How long before we see our wedding photos and how do we see them first?

The turnaround time is around 3 to 5 weeks. You can see them either in my studio on the big screen or in a password protected online gallery or as a blog post first. We discuss this during one of our consultations.

How does the album design process work?

You choose a selection of your fave images from the webgallery and I’ll design the album layouts. I will design with more pages than you’ve pre-paid for and then you can take out any pages you don’t want or swap images with your favourites. I go through the whole process with you along the way.

What areas do you cover for weddings?

Most of my weddings are here on the Sunshine Coast, but I will travel further – Australia wide and overseas if required!

Have you got insurance?

Yes. Both public liability and equipment, any photographer you consider photographing your wedding must have insurance (otherwise they’re not really professionals).
